It seems silly to me that I have to write a disclaimer about this, but I want to be certain that everyone reading this blog knows that nothing in this blog should be used instead of medical advice.  Nothing I write has been evaluated by the FDA.  If you are ill you should see your doctor or naturopath or nurse practitioner or herbalist or whoever it is you see.

I am not a doctor, nurse practitioner, naturopath, herbalist, or other medical advisor.  I’m just a person who loves herbs.  I try to learn as much as I can about them, and I enjoy sharing what I have learned.  I use herbs in my daily life, and they’ve made a wonderful difference in treating my coughs and colds and tummyaches and cramps and aches and pains and itches and daily bothers.  If I have a serious illness, however, I go to my doctor.  I have no issue with using western medicine when it is appropriate.  I only think that it tends to be over-used in our society.

Thank you!

Beatrix
